*1 - 2 Hour Surgery includes prescription signing and basic administration work.

*2 - Half day includes 2 calls, prescription signing, basic administration work and on-call 9 a.m until 1 p.m. Additional calls charged at £20 per call + mileage.

*3 - Full day includes 2 calls per day, prescription signing, basic administration work and on-call 9 a.m until 5 p.m. Additional calls charged at £20 per call + mileage.

*4 - Full week includes, per DAY, 2 calls, prescription signing, basic administration work and on-call 9 a.m until 5 p.m. Additional calls charged at £20 per call + mileage.

MILEAGE

Mileage for house visits will be charged at 40pence per mile and be added to final invoice.

All rates are payable within 30 days of completion of work unless otherwise agreed prior to commencement.
